Return & Refund Policy
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused, unwashed product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we will give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the items to our center is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchange regards to the wrong size ordered. (Please use our size chart to avoid ordering a wrong size.)
Please contact us and our customer service team will review your claim as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Cancel order
Your order can be canceled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Wrong address or unclaimed package
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or the package is unclaimed, they will try to deliver again, but then the parcel gets sent back to the center.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
